Show gratitude. Write down all the things the Universe has given you. Be thankful for what you already have and be thankful for all the things the Universe has given you. The Universe has done a lot of things for us. Paying the Universe back with some gratitude will motivate the Universe to do even more things and will draw more things into your life. If you were once bullied and thatperson stopped, that's one thing to be thankful for. If the person you're crushing on likes you back, or doesn't but she/he didn't send their lover out to hurt you, that's another thing to thank the Universe for. You should also thank the Universe for this process too. Showing gratitude will turbo boost the Universe to manifest your request faster.

Remember "I am..." is a powerful creative statement. It is a declaration. A declaration begins the process of creating. Be sure whatever follows "I am..." is indeed what you want in the now and to perpetuate into the future. Also, make your statements concise and precise. Put it in a nutshell. Do not add to what you want all the reasons why you cannot have it, (i.e., "I want to have a new car, but I can't afford it). Instead simply state what you want ("I want a new car.") with no qualifiers, not but, no because, clean and clear.

What is about to be said is very important, and you need to fully understand. The way you feel is everything. It governs your actions, influences your thoughts, plays a hand in your physical health, and even affects those around you. Attracting and detracting as It touches every aspect of your lifeIf what you desire is to be healthy, then you have to feel as if you are ALREADY healthy. Not wishing to be healthy or hoping to someday be healthy, but actually feel as if you are ALREADY healthy, even if you are not. You have to continue thinking and feeling this way all the time. You have to commit to the feeling of already being healthy. If you do not commit to it, then it will be a waste of time and nothing will change.

If your feeling those good and positive emotions and something negative happens to you, then you're faced with a choice to control your emotions or be bested by them. How you respond to a situation is in fact within your control. You can't ask the universe to change the situation, the universe responds to the energy you put out to it.

Healing. A simple word that each of us understands on a basic level: to cure, free from some debilitating cause, to be made healthy again. When we were young and we would fall scraping our knee, we tended to the wound cleaning it, disinfecting it, bandaging it so that it may mend and be made healthy once again. This shouldn't sound foreign to any of us, yet so many of us do not apply this same method to our negative experiences, traumas, disappointments and early stages of development that might have been negatively influenced.
