Often people think about what they don't want and attract more of the same. I know I can be guilty of sometimes focusing on what I don't have or how what I do have isn't what I want. When I realize I'm doing this I stop myself. Rather than focusing on don't/doesn't I redirect my attention turning a negative statement into a positive one.
What I do want what I have what it is - and how can I make it so that its closer to what I want. The idea here is to recondition the way you think. By shifting the focus' energy, there by eliminating its potential recourse, you can begin manifesting your wants hopes and dreams saying goodbye to those nightmares once and for all.
